Zen Healing
Ultimate relaxation is here. This meditation based Hatha yoga class reminds you to take a moment in your busy life. Instead of focusing on how you look, focus on your breathing. Cultivate deep relaxing breaths and find your balance between body and mind. This class will be taught in Japanese, but non-Japanese speakers are welcome. Gentle healing touch at the end of the class will relax all the cells in your body. Great for all levels.
Awaken Your Body
This class is great for those who feel tired in the morning. Start your day with breathing exercises and gently wake your body up with basic floor movements. Circulating oxygen in your body while stretching detoxes and energizes your body. This class is the cup of coffee in your morning.
B&B Flow
B & B stands for Body and Breathing. This class is inspired by traditional Hatha yoga and also incorporates flow yoga concepts. We focus on synchronizing breathing with mindful movements. The sequence is created by sitting, standing, prone, and supine positions. This all in one class can refresh and tone your body. Suitable for all levels.
*One Mat Two Friends Yoga
Communicating with yourself is great, however, communicating with your friends, family, significant other and neighbors is even better. In this class, yoga practice will be done in pairs. By working together with another, you learn even more about yourself and harder poses are easier to practice with someone helping you. Bring a friend. *This class is 75 minutes. Suitable for all levels.
Boardwalk Yoga
This is a very unique class, some might say it’s “off-the-wall” but it’s actually on the wall. Instead of finding your comfortable balance in space, yoga poses in this class are performed along the edges of the room using the wall. All levels of students can practice difficult poses much easier. Gaining the sense of support allows one to focus on calmer breathing and better aligned body movements. Suitable for all levels and especially for intermediate students.
Chakra Healing and Meditation
This healing focuses on awareness deep in body. In yoga, there are 7 chakras aligned from your sit bone to the crown of your head. Using colors and adjusting your chakras to healthier state is important in our life. Enjoy the power of meditation to focus on what is really important in your daily life. Suitable for all levels and especially for those who practise yoga regularly.
Silent Ashtanga and Therapy
Find your inner voice with sun salutation. This minimal guidance class will awaken your ability to listen to your own heart. Vigorous Ashtanga movements detox your body and clear your thoughts. Deep massage at the end of the class will rejuvenate your mind in Shavasana. Suitable for advanced yogis.
Hatha Yoga
This traditional form of yoga works on your breathing and body movements without flow. Slow paced practice brings your body awareness and beyond. This class is especially great for beginners, yet all levels are welcomed.
**Kids Yoga
Kids can benefit from yoga just as much as adults. Our kids yoga class is less serious than our typical classes, allowing every child’s personality to shine as we simply have fun, practice poses, laugh, and smile. Suitable for 4 years old and up. **This class is 45 minutes.
Mommy and Me
Sometimes mommy needs a break. In this class mothers can stretch their bodies and finally get a chance to relax. This class focuses on breathing and calmness. Babies are welcome too. It’s a great way for mommies and babies to make new friends in a supportive environment. This will be great 60 minutes to take a moment for yourself.
Catch the Waves
This class is inspired by surfing and yoga. Forget about traditional yoga practice, in this class your mat is your surfboard. Tone your body by paddling, jumping, and perfecting your balance. This uptempo and fun class will change your whole understanding about what yoga can be. Great for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow focuses on synchronization between breaths and body movements rather than alignment. Dynamic flow will heat up your body from the core and nourish your body by eliminating toxins with sweats. Especially great for intermediate students, yet all levels are welcome.
